The James Wood Middle School PTSO has dedicated parent volunteers who work closely with the teachers and administration to enhance and enrich the education of our students. What we do directly impacts your child's educational experience in a positive way. Our events are fun and a great way to strengthen our JWMS community. By being involved, you will meet great people in our community, create a sense of belonging, and set a positive example for your child.

The PTSO meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria to discuss various issues, plan and organize events and fundraisers. All meetings include an overview of ongoing PTSO activities and budget. We are always looking for new ideas, suggestions, feedback, and, of course, volunteers!
