Sherando High School Names Three Spring Head Coaches
The Sherando High School Administration announced today the hiring of three new head coaches.
Seth Wade is the new Head Boy’s Soccer Coach. A 2017 graduate of Sherando High School, Coach Wade was a four-year varsity starter who received all district and all region honors while a member of the Sherando team. He is a teacher in the Sherando Mathematics Department, and served as the varsity assistant coach last season.
Craig Bodenschatz takes over as Head Baseball Coach after 28 seasons as an assistant, including the last 10 as Associate Head Coach. Coach Bodenschatz has served many roles in the baseball program and was a part of the 2013 State Championship Warrior Baseball team. Coach Bodenschatz teaches Biology at Sherando.
Jason Robertson, currently the boy’s tennis coach at Sherando, will add Head Girl’s Tennis Coach for the 2024 season. Coach Robertson, who teaches business at Sherando, has been a member of the Sherando boys and girls tennis staff for the last three years.
