Continuous school improvement planning (CSIP) is a process that schools use to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals for improvement, and develop a plan to achieve those goals. CSIP is an ongoing process, and schools revisit their plans regularly, along with any supporting data they have collected, to make sure that they are on track and that their goals are still relevant, and make adjustments as needed.
