The third meeting of the Infinite Campus work group took place on Wednesday, September 20. The goal of the meeting was to determine a date to turn on the parent portal. In addition, six employees from our IT and Instruction departments attended an Infinite Campus one-day conference on Thursday, September 21 and met with Infinite Campus representatives. After the meeting, our Supervisor of Instructional Technology assigned to work with Infinite Campus ran several reports to ensure current designated Infinite Campus parent accounts match the census data we received from families during enrollment. Once we are confident we have a high match level between family-generated data and Infinite Campus account information, we will turn on the parent portal.  We are confident that, in collaboration with the Infinite Campus support staff along with our technology department, we are very close to providing parents access to the portal.

September 15, 2023

The second meeting of the Infinite Campus work group took place on Wednesday, September 13.  The team met virtually with our Infinite Campus Regional Sales & Client Success Manager to review remaining problems and identify solutions. The main focus of the meeting was opening up the parent portal in Infinite Campus so families can have full access to information related to their children. An Infinite Campus team will be onsite next week to work with our IT Department to solve remaining issues. The group meets again on Wednesday, September 20.

An Infinite Campus work group has been established and met this week for the first time. The group consists of three members of the IT Department, the Superintendent of Schools, the Assistant Superintendent for Administration, the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and an elementary, middle and high school principal. The group will meet every Wednesday until a solution has been found for each of the related concerns we receive from our families and schools. The first meeting was focused on solutions for parent communication, student grades and transcripts, and Infinite Campus interaction with other applications in use within the division. A number of solutions were identified and improvement is expected in each of these areas. Division administration is also working with Infinite Campus directly to expedite needed solutions. The group meets again on Wednesday, September 13.

We are still working on necessary details in order to provide you with the proper access to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  We understand the importance of parents/guardians having the ability to view their student’s information and assure you that we are working hard to provide you with that access. Necessary steps are being taken to best remedy this situation and we will be providing weekly updates to keep you informed on the status. In the meantime, we encourage you to work with your student’s school to answer any questions or assist you with any concerns you may have.

Our Parent/Student 360 system is changing for the 2023-24 school year. You will soon be receiving information on how to log into the new system as well as information on how you access your student's schedule, grades and more. Please be on the lookout for this information!

You still have access to the previous system (Tyler) for a period of time to access historical student data. But please note that information for the 2023-24 school year is not available in the old system.
