202P - Delegation of Authority

    1. The superintendent may delegate duties to subordinate officers or employees as required for the effective administra­tion of the school system except in such matters where the statutes or the policies of the board prohibit.  Work completed upon delegation of the superintendent shall be deemed as having been done by the superintendent.

    2. All reports or recommendations to the board from any officer or employee under the direction of the superin­ten­dent of schools shall be made first to the superin­tendent of schools unless otherwise directed by the board.
