While you don’t have to take any action to receive emails, texts or phone calls, you need to confirm that your contact information is correct in Infinite Campus to ensure you receive all messages and notifications. Our student information system (Infinite Campus) syncs contact information directly with ParentSquare. If you want to utilize the app, simply download it from the app store and follow the prompts.
 

Yes! If you’re receiving too many notifications, you can customize your notification preferences. Try changing your setting to "digest," and receive one condensed message each day that contains all communications from your student's school for that day.  

To update your notification settings from the mobile app:

1. From the app home screen tap the triple bar menu at top left.
2. Select Account and then Notifications.
3. Select how you want to be notified at each school.
   • Turn OFF Custom Settings to use the same notification settings for all schools.
   • Turn ON Custom Settings to set different notifications at each school.
4. Toggle on or off to receive Email, Text and/or App Notifications.
5. Select Instant or Digest for each mode. Digest means you will receive one notification per day, for all posts, in the evening. This does not include alerts.

To update your notification settings from a web browser:

1. From Home, click your name and select Manage Account.
2. Click Notification Settings.
3. Choose your preferred Notification Settings for General Announcements & Messages (Off, Instant or Digest) and School Alerts (On or Off). Once you've made selections, future messaging will send based on your preferences.

Yes. The first time that you log into the app or web portal, all of your students should automatically be listed in the upper lefthand corner. If you don’t see them, please contact your student's school.

To update your contact information, please contact your student's school to do so. Infinite Campus syncs nightly with ParentSquare to update information and by contacting the school directly, you can ensure that it is updated as soon as possible.
 

You should receive alerts and messages in the language set in Infinite Campus as your prefered language. You can also customize your language settings by going to "My Account" once you are logged in. From there, you can choose any language that you prefer from the drop-down menu, and you’ll start to receive content in that language. 

Infinite Campus syncs contact information for those tagged as a guardian.
 

Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, ParentSquare will replace Blackboard as our Rapid Communication System. ParentSquare has a lot of functionality and, once fully implemented, will replace several other third-party applications that are currently being used at the division and school level.
