• The payroll function is dedicated to processing accurate and timely payroll and providing quality customer service, compassion, and confidentiality to staff. 

    Pay notices are issued to all regular full-time, part-time, and temporary employees of the Frederick County School Board. The payroll office employs a Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Analysts who process and verify payroll, input federal and state forms, Direct Deposit Forms, deductions, fringe benefits, and payments to payroll vendors. The office is also responsible for annually issuing W-2 Forms.
