Please report absences: If your child is going to be out, please email or call.

Appointments: If your child has an appointment and will be leaving early, please inform the office.

Please include:

• Student's name
• Teacher's name
• Dismissal time
• Name of the person picking up

Transportation Changes:

To make a permanent change, please come into the office and fill out a transportation form.

When making an end of the day change, please inform the office by 2:00 p.m. Please include the name of the person who is picking the student up.
