The Frederick County Educational Foundation surprised our STEM teacher, Ms. Kibler, with a special gift yesterday; funding for a crime scene lab.
Crime science labs are similar to detectives solving mysteries. In the Crime Science Lab unit, students learn about logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking - essential skills for solving crimes. By applying these skills, students can become better problem solvers in their everyday lives. Whether figuring out a puzzle, unraveling a mystery book, or investigating a suspicious event, the skills learned in the Crime Science Lab unit can help students become master detectives in any situation.
A special thank you to the Frederick County Educational Foundation for providing us with the funding to create a STEM Forensic Science lab.
