We wanted to remind or make you aware of our arrival and dismissal procedures.

The unloading and loading of buses will remain staggered.  Bus riders who are eating breakfast will unload at 8:30.  All other riders will enter the school at 8:45.  Our staff will support students as they make their way into the building.

The procedures for car riders will be similar to last year.  During arrival and dismissal times, we have to work to prevent traffic from backing up onto Martinsburg Pike (Rt. 11).  Please pay attention to the direction of the staff members in the parking lot.  There will be a lot of congestion and we want to keep everyone safe.  We will begin unloading cars at 8:30.   Parents who may be late dropping off their student should park in the parking lot and walk their student to the main entrance at the front of the school.During dismissal, we will continue to ask families to stay in their cars.  Whether or not you regularly pick up your student or not, please use this  electronic pick-up form to communicate with the school.  The form should be completed by 3:00 daily.  Car numbers will be assigned and distributed during the first few days of school.  If you are unable to fill out the form, please call the school.  Here is a QR code that will also take you to the pick-up form.
