Reminder that all medications need to be picked up from the clinic at the end of the school year. All meds not picked up by June 5 will be discarded. Most medication can be picked up by the student; however, certain prescription medication will need to be picked up by the parent/guardian. Please contact Nurse Southern with any questions.

Reminder as we go into summer that care plans for diabetes, asthma, life-threatening allergies, and seizures, as well as prescription and over-the-counter medication forms need to be completed each school year. Forms filled out for the 2022-23 school year will no longer be valid once the school year ends. Forms can be found on the FCPS website on the "Forms" link under the "Parent & Students" tab.

Juniors

Please make sure to get your required meningococcal vaccine (MenACWY) prior to starting your senior year. The nurse will need proof of vaccination. If you are unsure if your child has already received it, please contact Nurse Southern.
